Overview
Our client a local Golf & Country Club near Horsham possessing some of the best golf and health & fitness facilities in the South East of England, are currently looking to recruit a full time CDP Ideally looking for a Chef de partie with a minimum of 1 years' experience of working in a busy kitchen and level 2 in professional cookery. The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes and qualifications: · Level 2 in professional cookery · Able to work in a demanding kitchen · Able to stay calm, ensuring the highest standards are delivered · A passion for food · Full driving license · Own transport due to rural location essential.
