Night chef – 5London Hotel – £28,000 – 5 nights a week Our client is a 5 London Hotel which requires a Night Chef with the talent and ability to join its team of highly experienced chefs. The salary which is being offered for the successful candidate is up to £28,000 for 5 nights , 10.30pm to 7am. This Hotel has high standards in every department and a highly reliable Chef. The night chef will be responsible for ensuring appropriate levels of mise en place also cater for room service menu throughout the night for the Hotel guests. This role requires someone who is responsible and organised, ensuring that all mise en place is labelled and stored correctly. The ideal candidate will have: · Preferably a background in 5 Hotels. · A passion for working and cooking with the finest fresh ingredients. · A desire to progress in a career in a leading 5 Hotel. · Confidence when working under pressure. · Good communications skills and a good level of spoken. · Eligibility to work in the UK.
