Senior Sous Chef – High End Care Contract Location: London Salary: £37k Package My client is looking for an exceptional Senior Sous Chef to help head up this prestigious, state of the art site. This contract is high end and demanding, looking after all areas of catering, you will be the Exec Head Chefs right hand. We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef who is super keen and has experience catering either within a top end care contract or leading hotel. You will be comfortable leading a kitchen and be a support to the Exec Head Chef. You will be extremely organised and can cope under pressure. Leading a large brigade, you will not be phased by delivering exceptional food.
