Service Desk Analyst, based in Cardiff, £14 per hour - confirmed for 3 months IMMEDIATE START URGENT Hays are currently recruiting for an experience Service Desk Analyst on an initial 3 month contract with likely extension. You will be responsible for handling large volumes of calls to resolve IT related queries and provide excellent customer service always. We are looking for an individual with previous experience supporting the following areas; -Windows 7 and Windows 10 -Office 365 -Desktop Application Software -Server hardware and infrastructure -Desktop computing and associated peripheral devices -Mobile devices and tablets -Working knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers.
