Corporate Banking Paralegal- Cardiff Centre This is a unique opportunity for a Banking Paralegal to secure a position undertaking City style work, in an environment that encourages lawyers to get really hands on with work early in their career. Our client is a leading law firm in the region and the Banking work on offer is of the highest calibre. You will work on a variety of matters, including corporate banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance. Their Corporate Banking team provides a full range of advice on finance matters from bilateral to LMA based club transactions to restructurings and refinancing.
