NEW CARDIFF OPPORTUNITY PARTNER / PARTNER PROSPECT SOLICITOR / LAWYER CORPORATE CARDIFF TSR Legal is delighted to have been instructed on this key hire in the Cardiff office of this new style commercial Law Firm. The firm are consistently ranked in the Legal 500 across multiple disciplines and boast Top 100 status as a result. A truly exciting time to join a leading top 100 law firm. We have recently placed three partners into the firm and work very closely with the client. In the past 18 months the practice has grown by over 10 million turnover. Currently over 250 solicitors across 5 offices. You will be working closely with 4 hands on partners and this role will see you lead and head the corporate team in Wales - with an exposure to quality and diverse corporate work including M&A, restructuring, shareholder agreements with an international reach. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is at Senior Associate level looking for solid career progression who is ambitious, hardworking and looking to progress to Partner or at Partner level who is looking for a greater degree of autonomy and independence than they already have. You will be exposed to a vast amount of cross border work with large corporates and private clients. Remuneration will be substantial. Of course this firm has tolerances and thresholds for all levels of appointment, but they’ll take a commercial view on any 'following’ as this is a key recruit and so the firm knows they need to be somewhat flexible.
