Overview
A position has come up for a Learning Disability Support Worker to work in a supported living service in Banbury for people with learning disabilities and autism. The great thing about this position is that it can be flexible with the hours there are early shifts,late shifts, sleep ins and weekends The salary is dependant on experience with annual pay rises, 33 days holiday, pension contribution and a free DBS. There will also be enhancements for overtime and weekends The job is working with a leading organisation for learning disabilities with great values and work ethics also there is always room for progression as they are always expanding. This is a highly rewarding support role, encouraging people to develop independence as well as providing care and support. Applicants will need to be trained and experienced in care and support work, ideally with experience of working with learning disabilities or autism.
