Mediplacements are currently recruiting for a Mental Health Pharmacist for a Locum role based in the Essex •Pay Rate £28 - 30 •Essex •ASAP •Full Time •Ongoing As an experienced Mental Health Pharmacist, you will be providing mental health services with regular review of medication charts, medicines reconciliation on admission and discharge, ensuring safe, effective and patient-centred medicines decisions are made. In order to qualify for this position, it is essential that you an MPharms Degree and are GPhC registered, as well as having substantial post registration experience as a Mental Health Pharmacist.
