Overview
I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for their branch in the area of Chiswick. The Company: The client is a fantastic domiciliary company and is continuously growing. They have branches all across the country and pride themselves on their personable approach with both employees and clients. They are looking to continue to expand but to keep the family feel to the way that they approach care. The Branch/The role: They are looking to increase the hours delivered quickly but not at the detriment of the quality of care. They currently provide over 1000 hours of care per week. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services and ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties. This role is a full-time role. The Person: You will be a strong & experienced individual within the domiciliary sector. You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the branch to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
