Overview

I am currently working on behalf of fast growing care provider that is seeking to appoint Registered Supported Living Manager to oversee a Service that supports adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviours. The Service is based in Humberston. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead an established team of support staff • Implement and maintain standards set out by CQC • Deal with recruitment and retention of staff • Have a flexible and adaptable approach Key skills/Requirements: • MUST have experience with Supported Living Care • NVQ Level 4 in health and social care or leadership and management or above or working towards this • Experience working with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions • IT literate • This person needs to be very hands on and prepared to deal with challenging needs and situations • One of the units has recently opened, so need someone to drive the occupancy and get the service in full operation • Excellent understanding of CQC legislation and ability to implement and maintain high standards.
