Overview
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer A tremendously exciting time for the UK division of an International Manufacturer of revolutionary electro mechanical technology, we are now building a brand new Engineering Team which will support the continued development of products for EMEA markets. One of our requirements is for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer who will work on regional product enhancement and NPD projects in collaboration with existing Engineering teams in the US and Malaysia. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will also work with outsourced development organisations locally and with local certification agencies to increase the speed of execution. We invite applications from Senior Mechanical Design Engineers with a minimum of 3 years' experience and an can offer an attractive salary of up to £55,000. We welcome applications from Mechanical Design Engineers with the following attributes: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum of three years' experience working in a Mechanical Design discipline at design and implementation level Experience of working in a high volume product environment would be desirable - electro mechanical products beneficial - medical devices, domestic appliances, consumer electronics Exposure to different materials e.g castings, injection moulding Experience with power supplies, circuit board design and other electronics also highly desirable When applying for this role, please indicate your current salary (plus benefits package), minimum salary required, notice period and your reasons for wishing to move from your current company.
