Independent Financial Advisor - HUGE earning potential up to £300k - Home based role Are you self-employed or a fantastic independent worker? Do you have a track record of high market leading retention rates and the ability to work remotely? If so, then this Financial Advisor role could be for you Our client provides the essential systems, support and industry-expertise to allow Advisers to maximise their potential in a post-RDR and FAMR market. Solving the wider market issues are not your responsibility but making the most of your opportunities should be top of your agenda. With over 240 advisers nationwide providing independent financial advice - our client pride themselves on the fact their advisers can use "any product - any provider". They recognise however that most of the business written is mainstream and therefore their IT and Compliance systems provide a streamlined, cost and time effective basis to operate. The ideal candidate: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning - at CAS level 5 years experience within a similar industry Proven record of high retention rates Excellent communication skills Ability to work well independently Ability to work remotely USPs Focussed Fact Finds - reduces admin time, focussed on area of financial planning client wants to discuss only Streamlined CRM and POS system Pre-populated Suitability Reports, cuts time on admin £2.5bn FUM and Influence Pre-approved fund list of 250 funds, hybrid CIP CPD events and networking with advisers This role offers a huge earning potential - with top earners earning up to £300k
