Now they're embarking on an exciting new journey and establishing a new subsidiary in the UK (based right here in Yorkshire) that requires some of the best and most creative talent. If you've had experience in an AssitiveTech, MedTech or start-up environment that would be a bonus, as this is a fast-changing, evolving workplace. The Production Supervisor will develop systems and procedures for assembly, customisation, repair and support of the company's PC based eye tracking systems. Systems must be developed that co-exist with existing US manufacturing and production values. The successful candidate will build a scalable operation that meets production, quality and cost objectives. Responsible for ensuring that configurations meet channel, country and language localisation standards, the Production Supervisor will work across departments to ensure that future capability for growth is built into all systems. About you Responsibilities: Provision and assembly of PC based systems, country specific localisation and final test and QA Technical support to our partners, team and customers around the world Contribute to manuals, knowledge base and keep support records Manage the RMA system for repairs Manage a pool of equipment and parts for loan and repair Check inventory against sales orders and work with operations to maintain inventory levels Sense check orders received for usage and interoperability Ensure that QA system works in parallel with existing compliance systems Work with delivery companies to supply products internationally Work with channel partners to understand local standards and shipping & fulfilment of products Understand Medical device compliance and work with specialist contractors to ensure our products maintain compliance Responsible for product safety, reporting and compliance systems Maintain a strict decontamination and refurbishing process for loans and repairs Localise and administer policies and procedures Maintain RMA and other records system in parallel with US operations Understand our products and supported software Provide reports and KPI's Work with partners, marketing and sales forecasts to maintain appropriate stock levels Maintain legal compliance with Health and safety and other systems as necessary Typical Activities Working with USA to coordinate and align systems Provision, assemble and deliver products to sales order, on time and zero defects Work with OEM, suppliers and software companies to resolve issues Log problems and generate tickets Keep abreast of marketing and sales initiatives that may impact on production Ensure that QA meets appropriate standards and that we maintain appropriate records and systems Technical support and input to knowledge base Ensuring other departments succeed and ensure dissemination of key knowledge and information Understand customer needs and offer product and systems improvement suggestions as appropriate. Maintain relationships with key partner accounts Maintain contact database for all interactions. The scope for financial remuneration in addition to the salary listed is significant for the right individual. This is a full-time role to start as soon as possible. Our client will allow the right candidate to work their notice period. The hours of work are 40 hours per week over 5 days. Though business requirements may dictate additional commitment.
