Seeking a Procurement Manager with a specialist understanding of Hard FM with large value spend. Your new company You will be joining a globally recognised venue located in London that specialises in facilitating an area of showcase for shows, exhibitions, performances and significantly more events. This company has over 100acres of capacity to provide exceptional events and shows to the public. On-site hotels, apartments and soon to be expanding into entertainment, bars & restaurants this is an incredible and recognisable brand. Your new role As Procurement Manager you will be specialising and focusing on the Hard Facilities for this company, including infrastructure / construction expansion to the site and dealing with large value and low quantity contracts for the site's continual expansion. This company has an incredible mindset where they strongly believe that self-development involves developing the role in which you occupy so flexibility around remit and responsibility is strongly promoted. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed within this position a previous position of Procurement Management will be required. An understanding of the end-end procurement is pivotal alongside having been responsible for such Hard FM Categories and large value spends in the millions. A background in Construction would be of added benefit and would assist you in being a suitable candidate for this process but a key attribute for this employer is also a strong personality fit. CIPS qualification or relevant degree is of added value. What you'll get in return In return for your commitment to this brand, you will be rewarded with a salary package dependent on experience ranging from £55,000 - £60,000.
