Overview
Mackinnon Bruce have partnered with a national care provider specialising in luxury nursing, residential and dementia care to source an experienced Peripatetic Manager to cover a group of homes in the North West area of London. My client provides first class, person centred care for over 20 years in purpose built, modern care homes. About the Role: Supporting the home manager in several homes across the region ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered at all times Covering the management of the care homes in your region in the absence of the manager To use your in depth knowledge of CQC standards to ensure a high level of care is delivered and all homes are compliant with CQC Use your knowledge of business and the care home industry to drive forward the operational management of your region To use communication skills to build strong working relationships with internal and external professionals as well as acting as a mentor to support the homes and it's staff About You: The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified nurse RGN/RMN with an active Pin (Desired but not essential) Have previous experience of multi-site management within a care home setting Be flexible and driven to ensure the best standards of care are delivered at all time Have a good knowledge of CQC regulations and a history if improving service or CQC reports Have the ability to build and maintain strong staff teams Have a full and clean UK driving licence What's in it for you: A fantastic salary as well as additional benefits Continued professional development An opportunity to grow and progress within a fantastic company Both autonomy and support from the SMT Mackinnon Bruce International are an approachable and pro-active search business and if you fit the above criteria i'd be keen to hear from you Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to notify unsuccessful applicants.
