Our client takes Legal cases through the correct channels quickly to resolve very cost effectively for their clients. Are you a Law graduate? Do you have experience within a Law firm? Do you have excellent academic qualifications? Do you have experience of drafting witness statements? Are you a Team player? Due to growth I am currently recruiting Litigation Assistants to work within an already established and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing Legal firm with lots of room for progression. The duties of the role involve: - Drafting protocol letters, court documents and other documents such as witness statements and schedules of loss; - E Filing - Researching case law; - Liaising with defendant insurers and solicitors; - Liaising with counsel and experts; - Speaking with clients and drafting letters of advice; - Attending mediations, hearings, conferences; - Taking initial enquiries from new clients; and - Attending fee earner meetings to discuss new enquiries and caseloads If you can answer Yes to the above questions and have the relevant experience I would be keen to hear from you, opportunities to progress within the company are most certainly offered to the right candidates who show success, this is an opportunity to build your Legal career with a very successful legal firm going places quickly Our client offers an excellent benefits package which includes Corporate gym membership, 23 days holiday (with Christmas and New year off ) 26 in total, Westfield Health Scheme, break out area, fantastic state of the art offices with excellent social team events.
