Overview
An innovative and forward thinking Private Bank is seeking a Level 4 qualified Training & Competency Supervisor to join their team. They are looking for financial planning experience, ideally gained in a Private Banking environment although this is not essential. This is an office based role in London working in a small T&C team, overseeing financial planners, investment managers and mortgage advisors. You will be responsible for the ongoing supervision of regulated advisors and accountable for the implementation of the T&C policy within Private Banking, Investment Management and Wealth Planning. Training will form a large part of this role, so experience and enthusiasm for face to face training is essential. Responsibilities include: Identifying the suitability of advice given, delivering training and assessing and maintaining the competence of regulated advisors through file reviews and observations, delivering first line feedback and regular stakeholder management. Reporting to the Head of T&C, you will also have the opportunity to help develop the wider T&C plan, proactively identifying areas of risk and opportunities to improve. We are looking for: Level 4 qualified professionals with experience in a T&C role gained within wealth management/IFA or private banking. Some exposure to investment management is highly desirable but wealth planning is essential. You will be experienced delivering face to face training to advisors in an engaging and interactive way with boundless energy, positivity and enthusiasm.
