3rd Line Support Engineer Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Hyper-V, Mimecast, Sophos, Networking My client is a established yet fast growing provider of IT Managed Services. due to this growth they have a urgent requirement for a proven 3rd line Support Engineer. As 3rd line support engineer you will be working as a escalation point for a very busy helpdesk and liaising closley with clients and vendors. The 3rd Line Support Engineer will have a broad range of Infrastructure / Network skills and be able to demonstrate a background in a fast paced IT environment. It would be a huge bonus if you have Managed Services experience. You will be comfortable working in a very fast paced environment and have outstanding communication skills.
