Amazing Opportunity - Graduate Business Administrator / Receptionist - Immediate Start This is not a typical Receptionist / Administrator role This is an incredible opportunity for a polished and professional, switched on, graduate calibre individual to join a dynamic and growing entrepreneurial firm, with a media vibe, based near Victoria as their Team Assistant / Receptionist. As the 'Director of First Impressions’, you will be key to providing incredible levels of customer service to clients and visitors, you will assist with internal and external events and will be involved in all manner of office support such as travel bookings, diary management, database maintenance, coordinating meetings and managing office supplies. No two days are the same in this role - you may be organising in-house events (parties, themed seasonal events and socials), nipping out on ad hoc trips/errands, or meeting and greeting important clients. This exciting opportunity offers guaranteed career progression for the right person; so the sky is the limit in this role. The ideal candidate will have / be: Graduate or graduate calibre Previous Receptionist / Office Administrator experience (ideally 6 months) A confident and charismatic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Clear and professional telephone manner The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment A highly organised nature and the ability to multitask Good IT skills (MS Office) A polished and presentable, professional appearance A team playing attitude The desire to work hard, progress and succeed.
