Overview
The role will be a 9 month FTC to deliver the successful implementation of a UK wide controlled Vetting/Screening and supporting system. Project manage the roll-out of the system across the UK. Ensure the smooth implementation of the new systems. Managing a compliance team of 7. Actively support the team in dealing with document verification, being the point of escalation in relation to screening and general enquiries Understand and manage the review and verification of right to work checks in line with home office guidance Manage our third-party Suppliers to ensure a continuing relationship whilst they meet our SLA’s Manage all types of vetting checks, including Criminal record checks, identity & credit checks Build a high-performance team ensuring delivery of timely support to the business to ensure the smooth on-boarding of candidates. Ensure all HR records are valid & up to date in line with the HR & payroll IT systems Support the business during the implementation of the new IT system, in relation to Vetting Standardise the vetting check processes across the UK Support internal and external audits Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and data analytics Travel to customer sites will be required so clean driving licence and own transport would be useful
