Job Description Working with a range of clients within the financial services and wealth management sectors, your role will be client-facing, consulting on technology, operational, strategic, and change factors, with a focus on M&A activity. Your role will be to support clients in highly confidential merger and acquisition transactions, in both a pre and post deal capacity. This will involve drafting of reports, and giving meticulously detailed insights on operational issues, financial issues, and the impact these will have on the transaction. Coming from a senior technology background yourself where you have been at the forefront of change and transformation, you will advise on the key principles of project and programme management within change, in areas such as systems development lifecycle, data migrations and integrations, separations & carveouts, and other M&A related components. The Successful Senior IT M&A Manager I am looking for a driven, and forward thinking senior IT professional who MUST have a background within Change Management and Financial Services. You will have strong experience across mergers and acquisitions, working end to end on these within major financial services, or wealth management organisations, OR who has worked within consultancy in this capacity. It is paramount that you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, delivering business critical advice, and offering an exception service to clients. You will have a sound commercial awareness and strong academic record to back up your experience, and be able to add significant value to each assignment you undertake.
