Reablement Support Worker

We Care Recruitment are looking for a number of experienced home care support workers to work in the Darlington area. To support adults in their own homes either following hospital discharge or to prevent hospital admission Visiting people in their own homes to ensure their health, safety, wellbeing and independence are maintained Personal care and administration of medication will be expected in this role Minimum of 6 months paid working experience in this or a similar role is required You must be a car driver and have access to your own vehicle due to the nature of the work We Care Recruitment Solutions Ltd is committed to safeguarding our clients’ adults, children and young people.
