A Helpdesk Team Leader role for a leading FM provider based in Bromley By Bow, East London Your new company A leading FM provider is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Team Leader to join a high profile client account based in Bromley By Bow, East London. This client profile is a fast paced and challenging account, with a dynamic and ambitious team ensuring a high quality service is provided. Your new role As the Helpdesk Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing 4 helpdesk team members, providing assistance and covering the helpdesk when needed. Additional responsibilities will include payroll functions including managing sick pay, requisitions, orders and invoicing. The helpdesk operates Monday - Sunday. Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday, working every other weekend Helpdesk: 12hr shift 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am (will cover when needed) Regular day: 12pm - 8pm (shift is flexible) Systems: Tranman, CAFM, Dynamics What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will need experience in a team leader position, or have people management experience. Experience within a helpdesk or payroll / finance exposure is highly beneficial plus any experience with the above systems. You must be able to communicate effectively, build strong relationship and be able to lead a team as well as being an excellent team player and stepping in where needed.
