Overview
We are recruiting a qualified audit senior seeking the next step in their career with a leading regional firm of Chartered Accountants. This is a future succession planning role with the appointed candidate having the opportunity to fast track through to manager and ultimately become a Partner. The accountancy practice is well established and has an enviable range of audit clients, predominantly owner managed businesses with turnovers ranging up to 30m. The appointed candidate will be an ambitious recently qualified audit senior looking for the next step or a manager looking to secure a role with genuine partnership opportunities. The role includes the management of two trainees who are undertaking ACA studies and managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients. Due to succession planning there is a clear route into a Partner role. Any further studies such as CTA will be fully supported.
