Overview
Job Title: Senior Care Worker, Medication Location: Countywide Salary: £9.74 per hour Hours: 4-37 hours per week Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term Working alongside an experienced care worker, you will support vulnerable members of the Community who need assistance with everyday tasks such as: Conducting home visits and reminding people to take any relevant medicines Administering Medication to people Accompanying an experienced care worker on home visits to vulnerable members of the community Accompany vulnerable citizens to medical appointments Assist with personal care, washing dressing, assisting at mealtimes and toileting Collecting prescriptions or medication from local pharmacists Help with shopping and basic household tasks such as making drinks etc. Basic household cleaning and preparation of food Monitoring citizens taking medication (but NOT administering medication)
