Excellent opportunity for a Graduate with a RICS-accredited degree looking to join a growing, family-run business who are experts in their field offering training and development in a long-term career opportunity. On offer is the chance to rapidly develop into a highly skilled Building Surveyor working on high-end residential projects alongside industry experts. This rapidly expanding company are known for their quality of service across numerous high-end residential projects, providing a variety of services including building surveying, valuation and both project and property management. Due to a number of new projects, they now require a Building Surveyor to help them meet their business demands. In this role you will conduct full residential building surveys throughout London and Surrey, while also completing valuations and project management services to a range of clients. You will receive a full training program from the company but require a good knowledge of construction in order to recognise faults and potential damage. The ideal candidate will have a RICS-accredited degree, looking to take their first step into a Building Surveyor role with a well-sought after company.
