Are you immediately available and looking for Part Time Administration work? We are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Part Time Administrator to join a forward thinking and growing business based in Woolpit. Hours - Monday to Friday 9:30am - 3:30pm Responsibilities of Part Time Administrator Updating spreadsheets, producing charts/graphs and analysing stats and data; Keeping multiple documents/records/folders up to date daily, weekly and monthly; Respond to potential Client requests received via email, telephone or on the direction from management; Timely follow up with Clients concerning sales enquiries, recording appropriate data and detail into the monthly Sales Enquiry (SE) Status Report, Weekly Activity Statement (WAS) Ensure managers are immediately informed about potential problems or concerns associated with these primary responsibilities as soon as they are identified; Liaise with Contractors/Clients/Suppliers, requesting documents/information; Developing new business via telephone and mass media platforms identifying potential clients for handover to Operations Manager and or other senior management; Developing cold leads and conduct research in order to identify potential opportunities; Checking of Client documentation associated with contract awards e.g. sub-contractor orders, statements of work, purchase orders or other formal notice to proceed in order to ensure compliance with company terms and conditions; Prepare 'first draft’ technical and commercial proposals (sales enquiries), including calculating estimates, relating to the suite of terrestrial related service provision and delivery including desktop reports and on-site risk mitigation measures for review by the Operations Manager prior to dissemination to potential Clients. Skills Required for Part Time Administrator Suitable secondary qualifications preferably in literacy and numeracy-based subjects; Good analytical and problem-solving skills; To produce sales spread sheets and graphical representations utilising Excel, Word and PowerPoint software; Previous experience in sales and commercial activities is highly desirable; The ability to work within a dynamic, fast paced commercial environment on own initiative or as directed is essential; Excellent organisational abilities; Possess excellent communication skills, with high levels of self-motivation demonstrating a 'can do’ positive attitude.
