Overview
Our client based in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Switchboard Operator to join them on a full time permanent basis. You will be responsible for answering a busy switchboard, transferring calls and taking messages when appropriate, directing calls to relevant contacts within the organisation, providing an efficient and effective service as first port of call to the business, call data analysis when required and supporting administrative duties. To be considered for this great opportunity to join an established, successful business, you will have at least 2 years recent switchboard experience in a similar role and will have exceptional communication skills working a busy environment handling high volume incoming calls.
