Overview
Digby Morgan is proud to partner with a Media business based in Hammersmith who are seeking a high-performing Senior HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent-basis This is an organisation who are going through an incredible period of growth during a time where the Media industry has been incredibly challenging for their competitors and thus they require a Senior HRBP to partner with a number of client groups in the business. This role covers all HR functions but primarily Employee Relations, TUPE, L&D, Total Rewards, and leading on exciting HR project work. Required Experience: At least 7 or more years of HR experience with 5 years at the generalist HR Business Partner level Experience working in a digital, fast-paced, and highly-engaged environment Demonstrated experience leading in the delivery of HR projects making a wider impact Ability to engage and interact with all levels throughout the organisation Strong coaching and partnering expertise with senior stakeholders regarding their teams Experience with TUPE and M&A integration highly desirable If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply immediately
