About Select Healthcare The Select Healthcare Group is a family run business that was founded in the 1980’s with just one residential care home. Over the past three decades we have rapidly expanded our family of care homes and now have facilities in some of the most beautiful, relaxing surroundings in England. We currently have 30 care homes covering Mental Health, Nursing, Learning Difficulties, Rehabilitation, Challenging behaviours and residential care. About Delves Court Care Home Delves Court is spread across 3 floors all of which have a large lounge area with a lovely homely feel. Most bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities and for those that don't, fully equipped bathrooms are located on each floor. Staff are trained in accordance with the needs of the service users in our care and a full person centred care and support plan is created for each individual with involvement from the service user, staff, healthcare professionals and family members. From management to all staff they work hard to provide the best of care and attention to detail to make sure that Delves Court is the best it can be and to provide the care and love given to not only mom but also every resident.' About the role The role of a Domestic Assistant is to ensure that all areas within the home are kept to a high standard, whilst maintaining health and safety. All equipment must be clean, maintained and stored safely. Working within a Care Home, you must ensure that you respect Residents privacy and dignity, as you are working in their Home. Skills and experience The ideal candidate: Previous experience within a similar Domestic or Kitchen role would be desirable.
