Overview
The Finance Business Partner will be the primary finance contact for 2 Regions. Working closely with the Regional Directors and their teams to provide financial insight, analysis, reports and guidance to add value and support the ongoing success of business. Client Details A UK Leading business, based in Rotherham. This role will provide financial support for 2 regions and so weekly travel is required. Description The Finance Business Partner is responsible for: Business partnering with non financial stakeholders and management teams to provide financial support, information and insight Work with the regional teams to produce the budgeting and re-forecasting Support the development of the 5 year strategic plan Preparation of monthly management information Calculating profit Implementing and improving business models with the ability to challenge assumptions and input strong financial assurance to the models to drive appropriate financial decisions Assist with funding applications Profile Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Proven track record in a similar commercial role Able to build and manage key stakeholder relationships with the ability to challenge, educate and influence Previous experience within house building/property is desirable Key eye for detail Strong excel - including financial modelling Self-starter Willingness to travel Job Offer Salary £40-50,000 (doe)
