Working for an Award-Winning business established over 25 years ago, you will be representing a trusted brand with excellent market presence. Due to their ever-growing panel of introducers referring leads, there's no need to self-generate business as you will have plenty provided for you. You will be responsible for responding to these leads in a timely manner, ensuring commercial clients are presented with the best finance options available to them and providing a thorough, efficient service to every client. Commercial Finance Broker Duties: Use excellent industry knowledge to place cases with a panel of lenders, seeing the process through to completion Responding to inbound enquiries and generating sales opportunities to develop a strong sales pipeline Maximise upselling and cross selling opportunities on all applications Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Buy To Let arena and taxation rules Ensure service levels and compliance standards are in line with both company and industry guidelines and regulations Commercial Finance Broker Profile: Proven sales experience within the Bridging and Commercial finance market Full CeMAP qualification, or ability/willingness to achieve qualification Ability to manage the full sales process in a telephone-based role Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-motivating attitude The successful Commercial Finance Broker will receive a basic salary of up to £40,000 plus commission, Monday-Friday office hours, regular incentives and ongoing career development.
