Overview
Job Description Technical expert using data science technology to develop, test and deploy models to add business value in a project based environment, whilst collaborating with the Credit Risk, Financial Crime and Commercial department. Role & Responsibilities Modelling customer behaviour to drive profit which will inform business decisions Communicating with stakeholders to gather requirement of credit risk problems to translate to business solutions Training junior data scientists to up skill technology across the whole team, working together to deliver high-tech solutions Discussing complex analytical information to a non-technical audience and explain how it adds business value Skills & Qualifications Experience of using predictive modelling to solve business problems, preferably within baking or credit risk Understanding of profit/loss drivers in banking and grasp of credit risk policies Solid knowledge of OpenSource and Cloud for modelling, as well as basic SAS skills Ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders which will add business value Benefits Up to 25% bonus dependent on individual and company performance Generous pension scheme Discounts on multiple products and services across the whole brand
