Excellent opportunities for Injection Moulding Setters / Technicians with this growing plastics company. Training and career development available As Injection Moulding Setter, your duties will include - Carry out tool changes, material and colour changes Condition setting of machines Ensure all robotics and ancillary equipment are in operation Maintaining a safe, neat and tidy work area Recommend modifications/ improvements to increase productivity, improve quality and/or reduce waste Liaise with Production Team Leader for production priorities To promote, maintain and action 5S and lean management activities within relevant areas Trouble shoot processes and correct as necessary with documentation as required To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will - Be an experienced Injection Moulding Setter or Technician Be able to set from scratch Have experience with process optimisation Have experience with a variety of materials Be skilled in trouble shooting Be able to carry out basic machine maintenance Have a strong interest in lean manufacturing / process improvement and want to help take the business forward. Based near Rochdale, this role is commutable from Bolton, Huddersfield, Manchester, and Hyde.
