Overview
Fully remote interview and on boarding process Are you an experienced CRM or Salesforce specialist with a background in managing platform configuration, technical delivery, integration and improvements? Are you interested in a new challenge to take on the role of Salesforce SME after a recent implementation? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you… You will be responsible for refining how customer relationships and data are managed on a single Salesforce platform across global marketing, sales, & service. You will work closely with all areas of the business to develop ideas and turn them into successful business/IT solutions. You will also make a significant contribution to the wider Business Application strategy. Key outputs:- Deliver key Salesforce solutions by working with all business functions and with 3rd party Salesforce partner Create a project structure for development and improvement projects. Develop and maintain roadmaps across Salesforce related projects Manage Salesforce Solution backlogs Influence across a global stakeholder environment to drive user adoption alongside user support and Salesforce Solution maintenance Operate as project lead on Salesforce implementations and be the principal point of contact for the Salesforce integration partner Operate as SME for the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud solutions Lead face to face and remote discovery & requirements gathering interviews Manage relationships between Salesforce Integration Partner and business stakeholders - assist with defining user stories and functional requirements etc Manage projects to keep implementations on course, managing budgets and costs along the way This is a great opportunity to join an established global business with a small/start up feel.
