A leading London Market Organisation is currently seeking a Senior Claims Operations Analyst for their expanding team. The role will involve: Assisting in the delivery of the companies Claims Business Plan through management of allocated claims operational issues Production of timely and accrete management information Identifying opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency across the division Involvement in role specific project work Delivery of first class service to all customers To apply, you will have the following skills and experience: Experience within a similar capacity within a London Market Insurer / Broker Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Have a good understanding of the claims process and experience within the non-marine market Knowledge of SQL Server, Tableau and QlikView or Power BI would be a distinct advantage Have excellent numeracy skills and ideally progressed towards the ACII qualification This is an ideal role for an individual looking for a step up in responsibility and position that will offer fast track career progression.
