A global FinTech Business is looking for 3X Application Support Engineers. Key Responsibilities and Essentials for Application Support Engineer : - Expected High Levels of communication and written skills - Experience using Windows Operating Systems to a high quality - Delivering within a ITIL Framework - Proven Experience of Installing, Configuring Diagnosing Software - Preferred Tech Expertise: Unix/Linux, SQL/DB2, Java Application Servers ( Websphere, Weblogic ) - Knowledge of Azure/AWS - Cloud Technology's - Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/GitLabs Current Interview Process: Telephone -> Video Conference Call. The Application Support Engineer will be expected to providing support across all of the clients applications within the agreed SLA's.
