Due to considerable growth within the company over the last few years, we're currently seeking a skilled 2nd level support team member who is keen to get involved with upcoming projects. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual keen to join a fast-growing company. The role will involve: Resolving external and internal technical customer enquiries Designing and implementing solutions that meet customer needs Keeping skills current with a thirst for learning and developing new skills Ensuring the adoption of best practice with client offerings and internal systems Maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers Tracking of incidents and projects using ITSM tools Working closely with other internal teams for project or sales opportunities This role offers career progression opportunity down multiple avenues including Qualifications and Progression to Management. Required Skills and Experience: Experience of providing remote IT support, consulting on client and internal requirements to develop appropriate solutions for end-users At least 3 years of 2nd line support experience WAN and LAN networking, Firewalls and Routing, Microsoft Windows server Hyper-V or Wmware Active Directory and Group Policy.
