We are looking for a Supporter Data Analyst to bring their talents to help ensure that data and insights support our Engagement Strategy to help us increase income and improve the way we engage with supporters. Title: Senior Supporter Data Analyst Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum Contract: 6-month fixed term contract (potential for role to be made permanent) Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Hampstead, North London As the Senior Supporter Data Analyst , you will Support Anthony Nolan’s Engagement Division and the wider organisation by providing high quality analysis insights and reporting. You will work closely with peers in the Supporter Operations Department and across the Engagement Division to ensure that we are using data and analysis to draw actionable insight that will inform future activities. In order to do so you will make use of best in class technologies such as Alteryx and Tableau online. With your extensive statistical modelling skills, the strategic insights you produce will help support Anthony Nolan’s ambitious goals to build deeper relationships with existing supporters and will help to identify opportunities to recruit new supporters. Your communication and negotiation skills will help to ensure that insights are taken forward and are shared across the organisation at all levels. This role will work collaboratively with data and insight specialists across the organisation to maximise the strategic application of all our supporter data. You will help to deliver metrics against which we can measure the effectiveness of our supporter engagement activities and to quantify improvements delivered by the Supporter Operations Department.
