Overview
A highly regarded Financial Services business based in Manchester City Centre has opportunities for an experienced Finance Analyst to join their team. Responsible for finance modelling, forecasting and budgeting, you will play a key role in supporting commercial decision making and enhancing processes, as well as assisting in monthly management accounts and reporting. The successful Finance Analyst will be required to: Maintain and improve the core business model within Excel, ensuring its efficiency at all times Use scenario modelling to make recommendations on routes to growth and maximising product economics Partner with the senior management team to product and maintain complex forecasts and budgets Create new business models to support commercial decision making Participate in the production of monthly management accounts, analysis and reporting results to the board Finance Analyst Profile: Existing experience within a Part-Qualified/Qualified accountant position (semi-senior or finalist) Advanced Excel knowledge (complex formulas, VBA) Strong experience in finance modelling and management reporting ACA, ACCA or CIMA part-qualification is essential Experience of SQL or Power BI would be advantageous On offer for the successful Analyst is an excellent package including £30,000-£40,000 basic salary, 10% annual bonus, up to 25 days' annual leave, Bank Holidays, your birthday off, healthcare cash plan, contributory pensions scheme matched up to 5%, Life Assurance and frequent incentives and awards.
