Salesforce Architect

About the Role We are seeking to hire a Business Architect with strong business domain knowledge to join the business on an 18 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise capabilities of the organisation in line with the transformation programme. The key responsibilities: Lead the senior level discussions advising on all aspects of the operating model Complete analysis of current and target state to support the definition of the business model, capability model and transition states Liaise with several business teams, areas and functions for alignment Manage a complex programme management plan Provide architectural oversight of programme ensuring alignment to the roadmap About the candidate The successful candidate will be reporting to Chief Digital Officer as a Business Architect with ability to take an ownership of the programme delivery strategy, planning and developing and maintaining architectural governance and control over implementation. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities The ability to design organisational models from first principles Experience working on large transformation programs, including developing and designing target operating models The ability to recognise functional interdependencies and structural issues within the organisation A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies and governance The ability to act as a liaison conveying the information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; apply equal conveyance regarding business and IT initiatives, benefit realisation and delivery of service Extraordinary Organization: Bentley Motors has an extraordinary history and an exciting journey ahead in becoming the creators of the world’s most luxurious performance motor vehicles.
