Site Manager
Overview
A site manager job in Lancashire paying £35k excellent package for a social housing contractor. Your new company You will join a social housing contractor who solely operate across East Lancashire. Their schemes include planned and responsive maintenance & refurbishment projects. They are expanding their operational team and their construction manager has approached me to appointment a site manager to manage a range of projects across the local area. They are a well-established business who offer an excellent working environment and support from a strong operational & commercial team. Your new role You will be site based across East Lancashire reporting in to a contracts manager. You will manage health & safety, co-ordinate sub-contractors, manage a site team, organise materials and manage KPIS. You will also ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times. What you'll need to succeed You will currently be working as an assistant site manager looking to take the next step in your career OR site manager looking for a new opportunity. It is essential you have experience working within the social housing sector and a trades background would be an advantage. You will have relevant industry qualifications and will hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and first aid certificate. Scaffold inspection and temp works would be an advantage. What you'll get in return You will be offered a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus car allowance, 25 days holiday BH, excellent pension and additional benefits.
