Overview
Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a busy main contractor based in Aberdeen to start within the week. This role is temporary but has the potential to last until the end of March. Your new role You will be responsible for the management and coordination of 2 x refurbishment jobs across Aberdeen where you will be based on site the majority of the time reporting to a Contracts Manager. You will be in charge of the coordination and management of multi trades, subcontractors and health and safety. Ultimately you will be tasked with pushing the job forward ensuring the programme is being adhered to. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this position you will have previous experience in refurbishment projects from a main contractor perspective, and ideally have had exposure managing sites within a live environment. You must hold a strong background in health and safety knowledge and possess a 5 day SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
