Architectural Technician vacancy with a local firm in Kilmarnock. Hays are delighted to bring this fantastic opportunity to the local market in Ayrshire. Working with one of Ayrshire's most well known firms, we are assisting them with their to recruit a new Architectural Technician to their team. With workload secured for the rest of the year, and other projects in the pipeline, the practice is looking for technician to help them deliver their projects. Reporting directly to, and working with the owners, you'll be responsible at the early stages of the design process, preparation of feasibility studies, concept planning and consultant engagement alongside dealing with any technical site/building issues. A truly brilliant role for a technician who wants a more well rounded position. Getting involved with this firm at this stage, you will be an integral member of the team. A position that if you develop yourself in, you could accelerate your career faster here than perhaps you could in a larger firm. The client is open to considering applications from graduates, to experienced technicians. It is the personal attributes that will be crucial here, as this role will require you to work autonomously at times, and deal with clients almost from day one.
