Architectural Technician / Developer / Housbuilding Are you an Architect or an Architectural Technician who is working within Private Practice Architecture? Do you have recent experience working on residential projects? Have you ever considered working for a developer? Your new company We are working with a small family run developer as they look to add to design team. Our client has fantastic roles available, that is very different to a lot of other roles that you will see advertised. With a great office culture, and close knit team, this truly is a great place to work. Having enjoyed a fantastic 5-6 years, they are keen to cement their position int he market, and they see this role being key to doing so. Your new role Projects: Residential new build housing or refurbishments (mainly social housing). Software: AutoCAD The role will involve: Production of tender package drawings / Production and assistance with planning applications / Production of working drawings / and assist the Senior Technician with planning application and building warrants. Salary: £35,000 (More is an option for the right person) What you'll need to succeed Be a qualified Architect or an Architectural Technician/Technologist. Have residential project experience in social/affordable housing, or volume housebuilding.
