Architectural Technician | Volume Housebuilder | Glasgow | 3-6 Month Contract Your new company A highly reputable UK Housebuilder currently have an immediate requirement within their technical team for an experienced Architectural Technician or Technical Architect for a temporary contract of approximately 3-6 months. Your new role Your primary function will be to support the delivery of a multi-million pound development by producing and amending detailed drawing packages during the construction phase. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this contract, you will need to have previous experience working within the house building sector or on high volume residential projects in the UK. You should have a thorough technical understanding and knowledge of current Scottish building regulations, as well as proficiency using AutoCAD. Any previous experience using Revit would be beneficial, but is not essential. What you'll get in return This is an immediate start, offering the opportunity to work one of the largest residential developments in the UK. The hourly rate for this contract is negotiable depending on the level of experience ranging between £18 to £25 per hour (dependent upon preferred pay type and experience).
