Overview
Site Manager to oversee 80 units in Dartford for an established Housing developer - £competitive Bonus Your new company A well established 5 star house-builder with multiple multi-phased sites across the Kent and South East region. With a focus on quality aswell as quantity they now seek an experienced site manager to join the management team for an ongoing project in Dartford. The Scheme is a traditional development eventually totalling 300 units. Your new role You will be working within a settled management team of 3 responsible for your own units reporting to a senior site manager. The site is multi-phased at various stages, as such you will be expected to oversee units from groundwork's through to completion. You will be responsible for subcontract management, quality control, health and safety and getting the units delivered to programme. What you'll need to succeed A clear background with a recognised house builder alongside Traditional build experience and valid first aid, cscs & SMSTS qualifications What you'll get in return A competitive salary alongside an industry leading package and bonus structure.
