Site Manager Start Date - ASAP Location - Dartford Pay Rate: £230.00 - £250.00 per day (depending on experience) Job Title - Site Manager Contract Type - Freelance The Client: Main Contractor who specialise in the build of steel frame distribution centres, manufacturing buildings and warehouses had landed a scheme in Kent. Position: Freelance opportunity for a stand alone Site Manager to run a fast pace project with a turn around of 12 weeks. The project is a new build warehouse and complete fit out of internal office space. Responsibilities Managing the quality of works Create look ahead programmes and continually review and update where required Implement, monitor and enforce procedures. Review method statements and risk assessments to ensure compliant Arrange and chair pre-start meetings with sub - contractors Attend hand - over meeting with pre-construction team & progress meetings with client Requirements Ideally previous experience as a Site Manager working for a Main Contractor Project experience in Commercial, Education or Housing HNC / HND / Degree in Construction Management is desirable but not a necessity Highly Organised Work well under pressure What to do next If you feel this role meets your expectations please click apply and upload your latest cv.
