Maintenance Supervisor, Contract Supervisor, Electrical, Mechanical,£38,000, Company Van,Job, Maintenance,Job Your new company Your new role as the Maintenance Supervisor, will see you maintain and run a high-value contract for covering Horsham District Council's property portfolio that encompasses 156 properties that's a mixture of offices, commercial, libraries, museums and more. Now looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experience Supervisor to manager and maintain the contract and client relationships as they seek to provide a world class service. Your new role Your new company is a growing and motivated company that have been winning contracts along the South of England adding to their large portfolio, providing construction, refurbishment, building maintenance and facilities management services to their clients. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have a strong and lengthy background in property management, ideally from a similar field you will need to be technically qualified with supervisory experience in in your pocket. Your new role will see you run checks, ensuring that the maintenance in carried out to the agreed service level, whilst ensuring a repaid response to any reactive maintenance queries, all whilst keeping both the client and our in-house team updated through all progress of the works. Predominately overseeing maintenance on AHU's, Boilers, Power & Distribution systems, Water Hygiene, refrigeration systems you will need a strong technical background to support your team .
