Senior BMS Engineering Consultant (Building Management System) - London - up to £50,000 plus Package My client is a global leader in Property & Facilities Management. They work with a multitude of organisations on a local, national and global level, providing them with a market leading service. My client operate across a wide variety of functions including Real Estate Management, Hard FM, Soft FM, Project Management and Asset Management Services. They are currently looking to recruit an Senior BMS Engineering Consultant (Building Management System) to join their London based team. Working as part of a National Engineering Services Consultancy team (within the Technical Asset Management sub-group) you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of engagements across the UK and Europe; across a range of commercial property sectors. As part of a dynamic Global Real Estate advisory business they are a specialist group providing commercially focused Engineering Services consultancy to a wide range of blue chip organisations, landlords, occupiers and investors. The National Engineering Services team consists of 40 Building Services Engineers across the UK, providing local and cross border services to our EMEA client base. They provide due diligence, dilapidation's, maintenance and operations advice along with on-going management of Engineering Services maintenance contracts; monitoring the overall service delivery on behalf of landlords and global occupiers. The ideal candidate will have professional operational experience (with a good grasp of operational costs) within the Building Services Engineering Services Industry having had a consultancy or facilities hard services background; supported by the relevant qualifications. Experience in building services design and installation practice will be an advantage.
